Quotes may be adjusted if the scope of work changes, site conditions differ from those disclosed, or additional services are required.

Quotes are valid for a specified period unless otherwise stated.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to GST where applicable.

3. Bookings and Service Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only once written confirmation is provided by Nova Cleaning Group.

The client is responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

4. Payment Terms

Clients must ensure safe, lawful, and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed service time.

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or third-party interference.

We reserve the right to refuse or cease services where conditions are unsafe or pose a risk to staff or property.

7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sensitive items prior to service

Inform Nova Cleaning Group of any hazards, security protocols, or special site requirements
Nova Cleaning Group is not liable for damage to items not reasonably secured or disclosed.

8. Satisfaction, Issues, and Rectification

Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Nova Cleaning Group will assess concerns in good faith and may, at its discretion, offer a re-clean or other reasonable resolution.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

9. Liability and Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
